The school cannot authorise any absence for holiday or family trips during term time.

If a student is absent for more than 4 days due to illness, a doctor's note must be provided.

Our Sixth Form absence reporting method is via the class charts app, please use the following link for access (the app can be downloaded to your mobile device or used via desktop) :

If logging in for the first time, parents/carers require an access code- this can be requested by emailing sixthform@chartereastdulwich.org.uk

Any issues, or should the app be down, please call the sixth form office 02038732290 extension 4 to report the absence.

Authorisation is required for each day of absence.

Please do not use the office@ or attendance@ email addresses as these are for the Lower school and messages do not reach the attendance team in the Sixth Form.

If possible, please do not leave voicemail messages on the lower school absence line (answerphone) - if it relates to Sixth Form student absence. Please use the parent app of ClassCharts.
