The Charter School East Dulwich receives routine external scrutiny from two sources: Ofsted, the official school inspectorate, which typically visits schools once every three years; and Challenge Partners, a national network of schools that review one another once every year.
Ofsted visited the School's temporary accommodation on Southampton Way on 16 and 17 October 2018. Inspectors judged the School to be Good in all areas. A copy of the inspection report can be found below.
Challenge Partners visited the School on its permanent site on 2 and 3 April 2019. The review team found the School to be Good in respect of Teaching, Learning and Assessment and Student Outcomes and Outstanding in respect of its School Improvement Strategies.
